A show of new work by the unstoppable Kiel Johnson opened Saturday at the Mark Moore Gallery  in Bergamot Station.  Johnson’s cardboard sculptures and beautifully detailed drawings are  guaranteed to put you in an excellent mood. Check em out!

A haunting yet delicate show of new work by Becca Mann opened Jan. 11 at Roberts & Tilton in Culver City.  Inspired by forgotten imagery from Imperial Russia before the revolution, these paintings and drawings etch portraits of a society fading into nothingness. Her careful use of color tinge the works with the feeling of melancholy memories.
