‘The Mini Show’ @ Art Center (10.23)

The Mini Lai Scholarship Fund will present ‘The Mini Show’, a one night group show featuring Art Center College of Design alumni,, on Saturday, October 23rd (8 – 11 PM) @ the school’s South Campus Gallery.  Established in memory of Art Center alum  Mini Lai who achieved her dream of becoming an illustrator despite a congenital heart defect, the scholarship fund awards a $1500 scholarship to an Art Center student annually to assist in their education and development.

The show features affordable artwork (~ $300 or less) from a large talented group including:

Llanos, Tami Lovett, Tara McPherson, Ming Ong, Martha Rich, Zoro Rodriguez, Mark Ryden, Jim Salvati, Corey Sandelius, Diana Shin, Daniaelle Simonsen, Aaron Smith, Ryan Jacob Smith, Hella Song, Akiko Stehrenberger, Roland Tamayo, Mark Todd, Eli Trinh, Ed Ushiro, Michael Valle, Cathy Wang, Tianyi Wang, Patrick Williams, Jaime Zollars and more.

Additionally, a signed limited-edition Mark Ryden poster will be available via silent auction. The Mini Lai Scholarship Fund will receive 100% of the show proceeds towards its mission of providing the annual scholarship to deserving Art Center students.
