Shows: Group Exhibition @ David B. Smith

The David B. Smith Gallery opens its first two shows of the 2010 season with a selection of work from gallery represented artists over two exhibits. Group Exhibition, Parts 1 and 2, are designed to preview the year ahead and showcase the works of artists that are both familiar and new to Smith. On display from January through March, these shows will provide collectors, curators and visitors with a unique opportunity to see a variety of styles, mediums and perspectives from artists working wit the gallery.

For Group Exhibition, Part 1,  the Gallery will feature artists Ricky Allman, Emil Alzamora, Gregory Euclide, Lori Field, Kristen Schiele, Mike Stilkey and Jason Thielke.  In addition, they will be joined by two artists new to the Gallery: Christina Empedocles (pictured) and Regan Rosburg. Rosburg  will be presenting a series of three-dimensional multimedia paintings in the Gallery’s installation space.
