Seen: Jennifer Nehrbass at Mark Moore Gallery

“Weep and Wonder,” an excellent show of new paintings by Jennifer Nehrbass, opened Saturday at the Mark Moore Gallery  in Bergamot Station. According to the gallery press release, “Each canvas provides the female protagonist with a space in which to embrace a singular selfish moment, free from preconceived notions of stylized beauty.” The artist’s technical brilliance effortlessly brings each moment to life.

Be sure to check out the show before it ends on August 15. The accompanying show of work by Todd Hebert is also well worth your time.
